Updated the fixed releases table. Added the link to a public remediation document.

Revision 1.1.0 (2026-02-27T00:41:24+00:00) of the companion advisory removed the 'Estimated release February 27, 2026' caveat from 20.9.8.2 (Wayback snapshot 2026-02-28). This advisory lists the same 20.9.8.2 build as the 20.9 fix for these CVEs, so the last train had a fix from this time.

    Cisco PSIRT advisory cisco-sa-sdwan-authbp-qwCX8D4v, v1.1 (Wayback snapshot 2026-03-05)CuratedQuote verified5 Mar 2026, 00:06 UTC

In March 2026, the Cisco PSIRT became aware of active exploitation of the vulnerabilities that are described in CVE-2026-20128 and CVE-2026-20122 only.

This advisory's own table first shows 20.9 -> 20.9.8.2 without the 'Estimated' caveat in v1.1 (CSAF 1.1.0, 2026-03-05T00:06:17+00:00; the quote identifies the v1.1 text). The same 20.9.8.2 build was confirmed available in the companion advisory cisco-sa-sdwan-rpa-EHchtZk at 2026-02-27T00:41:24+00:00, so all trains were likely fixed by 2026-02-27; this advisory was not updated until 2026-03-05. Revision 1.2 (2026-03-18) added the end-of-maintenance 20.10 train (migrate to 20.12.6.1).

How we built this timeline

One advisory (cisco-sa-sdwan-authbp-qwCX8D4v) fixes five CVEs; three are in KEV (all added 20 Apr 2026) and are tracked here: CVE-2026-20128 (DCA credential file, CVSS 7.5; releases 20.18 and later not affected), CVE-2026-20122 (API arbitrary file overwrite, needs read-only API credentials, CVSS 7.1), CVE-2026-20133 (information disclosure, CVSS 7.5). CVE-2026-20126 and CVE-2026-20129 (same advisory) are not known to be exploited.

Primary CVE: the advisory header leads with CVE-2026-20122 only in numeric order, so we used the highest CVSS among the exploited CVEs (CVE-2026-20128, tied with CVE-2026-20133; chosen because its exploitation was disclosed first). Coordinated disclosure, exploited later: Cisco says it became aware of exploitation in March 2026 (20128, 20122) and April 2026 (20133).

The Fixed for all versions quote is chosen to fingerprint revision 1.1 on the snapshot; the timestamp comes from the CSAF revision history.
