How we built this timeline
Fix-before-disclosure case: Connect Secure 22.7R2.6 (11 Feb 2025) fixed it; attackers (UNC5221, per Mandiant) likely reverse-engineered that patch and exploited unpatched appliances from mid-March 2025. Because a fix existed before exploitation began, exploited before a fix is false, but customers had no security advisory telling them to upgrade until 3 Apr 2025.
Fixed for all versions omitted: at disclosure Ivanti scheduled Neurons for ZTA 22.8R2.2 for 19 Apr 2025 and Policy Secure 22.7R1.4 for 21 Apr 2025 (CISA alert 4 Apr 2025, Censys); actual release dates were not confirmed (the Ivanti advisory is JavaScript-only). Pulse Connect Secure 9.1x reached end of support on 31 Dec 2024 and never got a fix.
KEV 4 Apr 2025 (ransomware use Known). Ivanti CVSS 9.0.
