How we built this timeline

Fixed in advisory sk1000117 together with CVE-2026-85103 (same LivePatch). Exploitation: Check Point says 'Starting September 12, 2026, we observed a wave of exploitation attempts against Spark customers' (Help Net Security, 23 Sep 2026); the SK added 'actively exploited on Spark Firewalls as of September 12, 2026' in an update dated 20 Sep 2026.

Exploitation came after the fix, so exploited before a fix is false. Fixed for all versions is omitted: the SK lists fixes in JHF R82.10 Take 44, R82 Take 126, R81.20 Take 166, R81.10 Take 190 and Spark R82.00.10 build 2325 / R81.10.17 build 4968, but their release dates could not be evidenced, and the Spark builds matter most because Spark was the exploited product.

A 14 Sep 2026 SK update told some offline LivePatch users to reinstall take 26 for 'enhanced coverage'. Status 'patched' because the SK lists fixes for every affected line as of 22 Oct 2026.

No workaround dated to disclosure was found (Help Net Security says mitigations exist only for centrally managed Spark). Separate from CVE-2026-93616 (management server), which entered KEV the same day.
